RSA Courses in St Kilda

If you work, or are looking to gain employment in the Hospitality Industry and
may be involved in the sale or supply of alcohol at licensed premises then you
should complete the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course.

Liquor Laws also require those below to complete an annual RSA refresher
training course. RSA training is compulsory for:

•  Persons that are at any time managing, or controlling a store with a packaged liquor licence
•  Persons working in a licensed premises that trades past 1.00am and has amplified music
•  If you are the licensee of a premises

Topic covered in the course include:

•  Alcohol and the law
•  Problems associated with excessive consumption
•  Responsibly serving alcohol
•  Handling difficult customers

This course is conducted at our training facilities across Melbourne during the days or in the evenings.

Courses commence every day in Ferntree Gully, except weekends and public holidays

or the last Tuesday of every month at 1.00pm at Base Backpackers 17 Carlisle Street St Kilda
