If you work, or are looking to gain employment in the Gaming Industry and may be involved in floor duties with gaming machines in restricted gaming areas, then you should complete the Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) course.If you are currently working floor duties in a restricted gaming area and have not yet completed an RSG course you are also required to complete this training program annually.
RSG training is compulsory for persons that are at any time working in restricted gaming area as an electronic gaming machine attendant where you attend to and service, in way, the operation of an electronic gaming machine, including payment reconciliations, basic gaming machine maintenance – changing paper rolls, fixing coin jams, etc
